By booking or using any service provided by Paragon Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.
01 Services
Paragon Detailing provides mobile car detailing services performed at the client's specified location, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, clay bar treatment, wax application, and add-on services.
All services are performed by our team at the location provided by the client at the time of booking. We do not operate a fixed studio or drop-off location.
Service availability is subject to weather conditions, location accessibility, and scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
02 Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are made through our online booking system. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notification.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready at the agreed time and location. Delays caused by the client may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
03 Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled appointment at no extra charge.
04 Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and any additional services requested.
Final pricing will be confirmed at or before the time of service. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the vehicle condition significantly differs from what was described at booking.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
05 Pre-Existing Damage
Paragon Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present on the vehicle prior to service, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, stains, or mechanical issues.
We recommend documenting any pre-existing damage before the service begins. By proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges that any such damage was present before our service.
06 Liability
Paragon Detailing takes great care with every vehicle. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The client is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.
By booking our services, the client grants Paragon Detailing permission to access and clean the vehicle interior and exterior as necessary to complete the requested service.
07 Photos & Marketing
We may photograph or record vehicles before, during, and after service for quality assurance and marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media.
If you do not wish for your vehicle to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your appointment.
08 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
